The Campus Recruitment Programme at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra has grown from strength to strength over the years, forging strong, value-driven relationships with recruiters across a wide spectrum of industries. In the 2024–25 recruitment season, BIT witnessed another successful year, with participation from over 250 recruiters. The season culminated in 1080 offers (for both full-time and internship roles), a testament to the confidence our recruiters place in BIT graduates.
The Mesra campus continues to lead from the front, recording an average CTC of INR 11.77 LPA and an impressive highest package of INR 1.45 Cr per annum.
