INSTRUCTIONS TO GRADUATES FOR XXXV CONVOCATION
The XXXV Convocation Ceremony shall be held on 15th October 2025 (Wednesday) from 9:15 a.m. onwards at G.P. Birla Auditorium, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi.
Diploma, Undergraduates, Postgraduates and PhD recipients of Mesra Campus, All Off-Campuses who have completed their course by 15th September 2025 shall be awarded their Degree/Diploma Certificates. Students are invited to collect their Degree Certificates during the Convocation Ceremony at Mesra Campus and should fill out the Registration Form on ERP and make payment of ₹1000/- towards Convocation Attire.
