Quarter Allotment

Vacant quarters at Institute campus are available for allotment ( Annexure -I). Employees of the Mesra Campus may apply to the undersigned for quarter allotment on or before 220d December 2022. Those who have applied earlier are also required to apply afresh in the prescribed format .

The respective Head of the academic departments/In-charges of various sections are hereby requested to circulate this notice and application form among the concerned faculty/staff members of their department/section. The application form can also be downloaded from our Institute website.

Please note that the number of available quarters are limited, and allotment shall be made based on "Modified guidelines for allocationof quarters to BIT Employeesdated 01 Jun 2019". This bears approval of the Chairman, Quarter Allotment Committee.

Following documents to be mandatorily attached with application form.

  1. Latest Salary slip
  2. Proof for last promotion/ Scale upgradation.
