Degree certificates of Graduates of 2020 and 2021 shall be sent through postal mail, after the XXXI Convocation Ceremony (through virtual mode) on 06 October, 2021. Students are directed to go through the below instructions carefully and apply for receiving their Degree Certificates. The application form is for students of all campuses within India.

1. Applications are to be submitted using this link: from 07th October, 2021 onwards

  • All users are required to register on the portal using a valid email address and then login for filling the form. Login credentials shall be sent to their registered email id
  • All students are required to upload scanned copies of their Provisional Certificate with their application forms. Students who have not collected their Provisional Certificates in hard copy should first collect the same from their respective campuses

2. Applications should be submitted carefully and correctly only once. No further corrections shall be accepted after submission and multiple submissions shall be liable to be rejected

3. Recipients who wish to receive their Degree Certificate in person (not by post) from the Graduated Student Section, BIT Mesra, should also fill the application form and mention “IN HAND” in the “Address” fields. They should carry the originals and photocopies of 2 (two) government identity proofs. It may be noted that Degree Certificate shall be handed over only to the recipient

            a) A fee of Rs. 3000/- shall be applicable to all Ph.D. scholars admitted before SP 2011

            b) A fee of Rs. 1000/- shall be applicable to all students of University Polytechnic

Fee may be paid online using the link “Students Section Fee” should be selected as the Payment Category and payment should be made under “Convocation XXXI” Field. The receipt must be uploaded with the application form
