POSTING LOCATIONS
The selected candidates may be considered for posting at BIT, Mesra or any of its Extension Centres within the country (Ranchi City, Kolkata, Naini (Allahabad), Noida, Jaipur, Patna & Deoghar) including the overseas centres ( Muscat (Oman), Bahrain, Ras-al-Khaimah (UAE) and Mauritius. Foreign posting carry attractive additional pay & perks and would be paid in the local currency.

SELECTION PROCESS
The initial short-listing of the candidates for faculty positions will be based on the academic credentials, teaching/research experience and administrative abilities to set up research laboratories.
All the short-listed candidates would then be called for a face to face interview by the selection committee at Mesra or any other campus. TA/DA would be payable as per the Institute norms. Based on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, the job offers will be made.
For the non-academic positions, the short-listed candidates would be invited for a face-to-face interview.
