Dept. of Hotel Management & Catering Technology is a six years old department in 53 years old Birla Institute of Technology situated at Mesra, Ranchi in the state of Jharkhand in INDIA. Birla Institute of Technology is an established name in India amongst technical education imparting Institutes. It is a “Deemed University” under Sec. 3 of the U.G.C. act 1986, spread across 780 Acres of picturesque land providing education to 10,000 students at Undergraduate & Post-Graduate level and more then 150 students at doctoral level.
