With pleasure I present before you Vol. 4 No. 1 issue of JOHAR.

Our sincere gratitude is expressed towards. Dr. H.C. Pande our Vice Chancellor Emeritus and Dr. P.K. Barahai our Vice Chancellor have always been highly supportive and encouraging. We as JOHAR family are thankful to them.

We welcome Dr. Chris Ryan and Dr. Stanislav Ivanov the topmost hospitality academicians in the world; on our Editorial Board. We look forward towards his regular contribution for development and growth of JOHAR.

The present issue includes four double blind refereed papers. The special section on Geoinformatics in Tourism continues from the last issue. Two articles are also included in this issue. News & Events and Book Review sections continues as always. Section on Conference Reports informs us the details of three conferences.
